CLONIKON 100/150
Active Ingrediants:- Clonidine Hydrochloride Tab I.P 100mcg and 150mcg

Clonikon tablet contains Clonidine Hydrochloride either 100mcg or 150mcg.Clonikon mainly used as anti hypertensive medicine.Clonikon lowers BP via central action and also have several other usage i.e ADHD in children,opiod or alcohol withdrawal,diabetic neuropathy and hot flashes etc.
Clonikon is being recommended in 0.1mcg BD and may goes upto 0.6mg/day. Constipation, drowsiness, dry mouth etc are common side effect and contraindicated in severe bradycardia, severe depression, hypotension etc.
Nifekon 10/20/30
Active Ingrediants: Nifedipine 10mg, 20mg or 30mg

Nifekon SR tablet contains nifedipine in sustained release form in several strengths like 10mg, 20mg and 30mg.Nifekon Sr is mainly used to treat hypertension and also used in treatment of stable and vasospastic angina and hypertenson during pregnancy.
Nifekon’s initial dose is 30mg OD and maintanence dose is 30 to 60mg OD.
Headache,flushing, dizziness etc are Nifekon’s s/e and in severe aortic stenosis,cardiogenic shok and severe hypotension cases Nifekon is contraindicated.
PRAZOKON-XL5
Ingradient: Prazosin HCl ER 5mg Tab

Prazokon XL is tablet consist of prazosin HCL 5mg in Extended release form. Prazokon is being recommended for treatment of HT,BPH,PTSD-nightmare and in CHF as adjunct therapy. For each indication Prazokon XL’s dose varies. For treatment of HT it is 5-20mg/day, for BPH it is 5-10mg/Day, for CHF it is 5-20mg/day, and for PTSD it is 5-15mg/day.
Orthostatic hypotension, lightshadedness, dizziness , nausea etc are common s/e of Prazokon. Oedema , Priapism, syncope etc are serious s/e.
Prazokon is contraindicated in patient who has hypersensitivity to API, history of orthostatic hypotension, severe liver impairment.
MOXONEF 0.2/0.3
Active In gradients: Moxonidine 0.2mg or 0.3mgtab
Pack size: 10 Tablets
Moxonef is an anti-hypertensive drug. Generally being used to treat hypertension & being prescribed 0.2mg OD, if needed then up titrate to 0.4mg after 3 weeks and maximum goes upto 0.6mg OD.
Drowzinees, nausea, vomiting etc is common s/e where as bradychardia, hypotension and depression is serious side effects.
Moxonef is generally being contraindicated in severe bradycardia and AV block condition.
