Febu Nef tablet contains Febuxosat 40mg. Febu Nef is prescribed to manage chronic hyperuricemia (elevated uric acid levels) in adults with gout, particularly when allopurinol is ineffective or unsuitable. As a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, febuxostat reduces uric acid production, thereby preventing gout flare-ups.
Nausea, joint pain , rash etc common s/e and server skin and allergic reactions are serious s/e.
Due to potential cardiovascular risks, febuxostat is generally recommended only for patients who cannot tolerate allopurinol.

Silonef D is being recommended for the treatment of BPH in adult and being given in OD dose with meal. Apart from that most of side effects and contraindication being same.
Silonef 8mg consist of silodosin 8mg. Silonef is being used in BPH and also claims to improve lower UTI.Silonef is being recommended as 8mg OD with meal, which further can be down titrated to 4mg in a patient with moderate renal impairment.
Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea are common s/e where as orthostatic hypotension , syncope, priapism are rare s/e. Silonef is contraindicated in patient with severe hepatic and renal impairment patients.
NITRONEPH SR

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache etc are common s/e of Nitroneph SR is hepatotoxixity, allergic reaction, Haemolytic anemia etc are serious s.e.
Nitroneph SR is being contraindicated in ESRD, Infants who are under 1year,Pregnancy,known hypersensitivity etc
FoeUTI
Active ingredient: FOSFOMYCIN TROMETAMOL POWDER 3mg

FoeUTI contains FOSFOMYCIN TROMETAMOL POWDER. FoeUTI is being recommended for Uncomplicated UTI, Acute Cystitis, in pregnant women asymptomatic bacteriuria and as prophylaxis of lower UTI. The recommended dose of FoeUTI for adult and elder patient is 3mg=1sachet OD at every 42 to 72hr with water , for pregnant women it is same as for adult but with consultation of doctor.
Like other allopathic medicine FoeUTI is having common s/e which includes GI, headache , dizziness etc.
FoeUTI is generally being contraindicated in hypersensitivity to active ingredient , to patients with severe renal impairment and to those who need haemodialysis and paediatric patients.
